I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The duplex suite style rooms were spacious and comfy with a convenient location next to the EDSA train station for easy travels, but there were some issues with room amenities and service quality that affected my stay.

The room at this hotel was a bit dull, all in grey tones. I stayed in room 508, which is designed for wheelchair clients, and it wasn't very convenient to shower as I had to hold the hose over my head. The towels were small and worn, so we had to use our own. The bedding only had one sheet and a wool blanket, which was not ideal. On the bright side, I received one breakfast voucher, which was a nice touch.
